Cosmo XL Van

This Mercedes Sprinter was specially purchased for this project in France and underwent full technical maintenance. The entire travel vehicle setup, equipment, and exterior are brand new.

Work completed:

-Full body repaint
-Corrosion protection using DINITROL materials
-Replacement of the braking system: front and rear brake discs and pads, brake fluid
-Replacement of engine and all transmission oils and filters
-Replacement of the cooling system thermostat and coolant
-New original intake manifold
-Replacement of front suspension lower ball joints
-Checked suspension geometry and alignment
-New All Terrain tires
-As part of the manufacturer's recall campaign, the driver and passenger airbags were replaced at the official VEHO dealership, and software was updated
